Our service automatically checks all incoming transactions according to AML standards, which helps improve the security level of users’ financial operations.
If the risk level exceeds 50%, the transaction may be temporarily suspended. Increased risk may be associated with sources such as: DarkNet / Stolen / Mixer / Scam.
In case of transaction blocking, KYC verification is not mandatory. Funds are returned to the sender, however network fees may be withheld.
For convenience, you can independently check your wallet address using the AML Checker and evaluate transaction safety in advance.
Rate fixation: The exchange rate is fixed after receiving 32 network confirmations.
Cash Pickup Details

Processing time: 24–72 hours, depending on the pickup location.

Pickup location: If your city is not listed, please contact our support team. In most cases, we can arrange cash pickup in your city or a nearby location.

Minimum amount: The minimum transaction amount may be adjusted for an additional service fee.

Exchange rate: The rate is calculated based on the current Binance market price plus a fixed 0.35% exchange service fee for the selected city. All fees are already included in the displayed exchange rate.

Once your payment has been received, one of our specialists will contact you via Telegram to confirm the pickup location and time.
Cash is usually available for pickup on the same day or the following business day. Please note that weekend pickup may not be available in some cities.
Cash delivery to your address is available only in selected cities. Availability and the delivery fee are determined individually.
